Wonderful communication from start to finish for my quote that actually ended in a policy upgrade and change from the company I was previously with. So happy I was referred to them! Local agency just outside if Walden lakes in Turkey creek. They can run a quote looking at several carriers and explain the pros and cons of each carrier allowing you to make the best decision. I would highly recommend!!! Excellent customer service!!!

I’ve had my insurance with them for like 3+ years and they’re awesome. They explain everything to you. Never rushing take payments over the phone and unless it’s to take pictures of the car for full cover they can communicate everything to you through email which is super helpful when you’re always on the run.

Universal Insurance is Good, the girls there are very nice and educated; I don't have complains about them in the very least however the underwriter Kemper Insurance if you're late you need to pay $10.00 late fee, you don't have a grace period with them. I'm honestly thinking about changing this insurance company to another one.
