Rob Crosby - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have always received five star service from Jacob and Rob Crosby. They are fast to respond and always happy to answer questions. We have been with this particular State Farm Agency for over 20 years and State Farm for over 40. We have always been very happy with them and feel safe in their hands with our home and auto coverage. When we had some hurricane damage from Milton, Jacob and State Farm took excellent care of us. We also raised 5 new drivers with State Farm coverage and they always covered every new driver mishap without question. I even worked for a Collision Repair company for a season and the owner and drivers were always very happy with how State Farm was able to take care of their customers. Jacob was an absolute blessing to work with. He made the process very simple and was very attentive and responsive. Buying a new car is a very stressful process when you are dealing with financing and DMV. I was worried about the insurance process but they made it so easy and simple that it helped calm my anxiety. Flying object hit my car and damaged hood and windshield. I reached out to Jacob (my ins agent) and he was very helpful in taking care of my needs. He sent me the link to file my claim and even suggested a collision shop to take my car to. Hudson collision did an excellent job. I have been a customer for 24 years, never filed a claim. Then when I finally did and needed them they were no where to be found. My car has sat for 6 weeks waiting to be fixed because of their red tape and extremely unprofessional response times. For that now I have to pay for a rental out of my pocket, they take no responsibility for the delays (even though several of their employees have admitted as such), and my local agent has been zero help. As soon as this claim is settled I am running away from this company. you would think after doing business with them for 24 years. that loyalty (and 10's of thousands Ive paid them) would mean more, but is clearly doesn't.
