Farm Bureau Insurance

After years of payments insuring 4 vehicles 1 rec 1 boat 1 house. I canceled all but the house, the agents are incompetent, I canceled a boat and added a rec and somehow I was still charged for the boat for 2 years. Don't trust your agent they are either incompetent or do it on purpose either way I can not recommend using this office for your needs.

This review is just of their website. It's a circular disaster. Need to register? It verifies your email and then you add your info. Submit. Then it tells you that you have the wrong email! You never touched the email after the site verified it. There's no such thing as the wrong email when you are registering one to use the site. Does that indicate the rest of their service is as good?

Any man who does not stand up when an older woman enters their office and at least shakes their hand is sad. Also, cussing really?!

Horrible. The amount for car insurance changed monthly. Nobody at the Missoula office would handle anything, I had to escalate to corporate. We canceled and were supposed to get paperwork to sign. I had to request that more than once.

I am giving 5 stars even though they do not have the insurance type I am looking for. John called me back from a message I had left before the weekend and was super sweet just to let me know. I appreciate that phone call because it kept me from needing to call again. I hope John has a nice day!
