I wouldn’t recommend this agency or insurance for that matter. I canceled and they have held my money for over 10 days. It was withdrawn electronically but they waiting hold it for 14 days then mail a check. How many people and how much money interest are they getting off those people. In my opinion they have been rude and hard to work with. I just wanted to cancel and a refund.
It is always a pleasure working with Lynn Denton at the Farm Bureau office! He comes highly recommended. And, he will go above and beyond to make sure that your insurance needs are covered
The price keept going up every mouth. Not happy with them at all
