I like this insurance company. I don’t like going online and not speaking to a person. With those big agencies that’s all you will get. Let alone PIP last minute with additional stress. I have always called Buckland and gotten information promptly. I like being able to drive over and speak to a person. These large insurance companies treat you like you are a number. I feel welcomed, respected when I go to Buckland. Lynee has always been so prompt into answering all of my questions auto, and or home. I like the small town company that has a person, not AI robot, no online forms, constant Docusign forms that you cannot change or ask questions. All of the staff that I've dealt with is courteous, and quick to respond to all of my questions. I always reach out to Wendy Weaver when I need assistance, she does a great job finding the best value for the money and always explains all of the paperwork. I like having a local dedicated insurance contact instead of dealing with a different person at a call center each time I need insurance help.
