Brett Friedenburg NOT A GOOD AGENT. Let my policy lapse in January said he sent one letter in December. So informative! Snail mai…. the policy was on auto pay…..no clue how this happened. My license is suspended because of his lack of ability to do his job. However when I bought the policy he could Magically email and text me. No other notice was sent by my agent. Only the dmv telling me my license was going to be suspended. No idea why it was cancelled as I was on auto pay. As my agent I would expect better communication. Then when we called to ask what’s up he was like the most UN helpful human on earth! LOL I expected oh wow let me help you with that….basically he was like yup that’s what happened. I know Florida companies are trying to shrug clients off but this is just disgusting. Your new online login procedure for *security* is broken. Your over-the-phone payment option is broken. I have no clue if my policy is active or canceled. I haven't received mail in months. What are you all doing?

How I find out out there is an issue w my insurance by getting an order of drivers license suspension, this is the 2nd time since being with this company. No one at office knows why insurance was dropped, no notification, no emails. Stay away from this office or agent, no-one is eager to resolve any issues.
