I've had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Family Insurance for several years now. They are easy to work with and promptly handle any needs that arise. Steve and Ashley are amazing to work with!!

Steve and Jennifer were super helpful in assisting me after my accident! I totaled a vehicle three days after purchasing it (0/10, do not recommend that!) and there was a ton of logistical hurdles and paperwork associated with essentially still working through the purchase of a vehicle while then working on the paperwork that comes with totaling said vehicle. Steve and Jennifer worked tirelessly to make the process as easy for me as they could, even going so far as to step in and negotiate with the adjuster on my behalf to ensure I was getting a fair and reasonable reimbursement for my vehicle. I was also injured in the accident and took a few weeks to recover and feel normal again. Their kindness and professionalism during what has been a terrible time for me has been helpful beyond word
