I recently closed on a home. I received a phone call saying a consultation is required by my mortgage company. I reluctantly agreed. I reached out to my mortgage company, there are no requirements for this. When I confronted them, they said it is an internal requirement of “ Wait, we never lied. The consultation is required.” And proceeded to explain that it is THEIR internal requirement that a consultation is required when they get someone’s information. If they’re sketchy and misleading in their solicitations, I’m sure people would say the same about their policies. Would absolutely never work with these LIARS!!

Excellent company to work with, they provided me all the support a new agent would need starting out. Leads were consistent and affordable.

I do not recommend you working with this agent. M is unprofessional and impatient. There are so many agents out there. Why do you pay money to an irresponsible agent?
