Terrible service. I would give negative 100 stars if possible!! I remember calling them to file my taxes and the owner was rude and unprofessional. I asked him if I can speak to the tax preparer and he said “ you can talk to me “ in an extremely rude tone. When I asked him if he was the tax preparer he said “ no but you can talk to me about it”. He wouldn’t let me talk to the tax preparer. When I went in personally I realized that my mom bought a car from them years ago!! And the car was in the shop the first day she got it. My mom wanted to return the car and they said “ no but we can buy it back”. Mind you my mom went back like only 2 days later. Consumers Beware! I would give this place negative stars if I could. I feel bad for people who continuously blindly accept their uncourteous and seriously unprofessional manner. My request to them was simply for them to send me the final version of my 2017 personal tax returns to me. It turned out that the copy I was given at the time of filing was not the version they submitted to the IRS. I found out because when I went to refinance my mortgage, the bank told me it did not match the IRS tax transcript and they require the correct version. I called the agency 3 times and kept getting the runaround. Good guy. He won't beat around the bush or deceive you. He'll help you and let you know what's best for you and get you the best deal on the market. I've had my car and homeowner's with him for more than 6 years now. No complaints.

Rude Owner "read the fine print" my lawyer has been contacted in respect to this matter. All of those saying I've had my policy for x amount of years I dare you to try to change it and see if you still feel the same way about this guy.
