My experience with the owner of F5 Insurance, Matt, is that he needs to up his customer service skills. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get a quote and while I understand he’s at the mercy of underwriters he can still communicate by email or text easily. I asked questions multiple times and just simply get ignored and one week ago he told me he should hear something in the afternoon from the underwriter yet here we are one full week later and it’s crickets. 24 hours ago I asked him if he’s heard anything and crickets. I called in to talk to him and his assistant said he’s unavailable to talk to me, but that he’s still working on it. It wasn’t “ He’s on the line and he said he’ll call you right back.” So clearly, there’s not a whole lot of personal touch with this agency. In the wo

A friend who does business with Matt the owner gave them my info to prepare a home and auto insurance quote. Received a call from Jennifer asking for more personal info. That was over 2 weeks ago. I called a few times and left a message. My friend reached out as well. Nothing! If this is the start imagine what happens when you really need them. Don't give them your business!! Stay away!

I do not, repeat DO NOT, recommend Mary at JL Green Insurance. My car was hit while parked at my apartment complex and the driver did not report the accident to myself or anyone at the office. Being a decent human, I waited a little while before filing a police report to see if the person would come forward. They did not. So after filing the report I call the insurance company and Mary answers. I explain the situation and start asking her questions about the claims process, which is when I am told I will need to call Progressive... even though my insurance is handled through JLG and paid directly to them every month. They handle all of our commercial fleet insurance and commercial building insurance. They always respond quickly to our questions and needs. Julie is who we deal with the most but everyone there is always helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

At this point all I will say is make sure you do your due diligence thoroughly before handing them your money, I will have lots more to say at a later date.
