Penni Perkins - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been with Penni Perkins since 2018. She and her staff have always gone 100% to make sure our insurance needs are met. They are quick to answer any questions we may have about our insurance and any claims we may have. We had an accident in 2018 that was not our fault. Penni and Her staff were awesome in helping us get our full reimbursement on our vehicle. If you get a chance to go into her office I highly suggest that too. You won't fill like you are in an insurance office. It is cozy, with inviting decor, and smells so good. Go see Penni and her staff, you won't be disappointed.

I was purchasing a vehicle yesterday from a dealership, and my insurance was not acceptable being out of state. I knew I was going to have to search soon for auto insurance here, but I didn’t expect it to come that quick. State Farm Penni Perkins was a recommendation so I went with it. A gentleman by the name of George took the call and within minutes had me insured and the information sent through email to the finance person and coverage was started. The rate was not unreasonable and decided I would just modify the comps when I had time to come in and make some changes. They took care of what I asked for and in a timely way, very efficient, kind, but most of all affordable. I recommend anyone that is looking for a local agent to give these folks a call. penni is an extremely rude person to deal with. She's been rude to myself as well as others (I witnessed this) multiple times over the years. Also, when someone leaves them an honest review they don't like, they'll say they aren't a customer. I am a State Farm customer. I decided to go with a different agent that cares about their clients and being nice to people in the community.

This is a local business that cares about its community. Ms. Perkins is always giving back. She has been in businesses for a long time. 5 star rating here!

I have zero complaints! This agency is always ready to help and answer any questions my family or I may have. They have helped us with both our vehicles and our life insurance. They were patient and made sure we knew exactly what we were signing up for. I highly recommend them to everyone! And a special shout out to Jorge.
