TXFB customer for 20yrs. We have had 6 agents in 3 towns: One couldn't answer questions about insuring anything over a Class 3 truck (duh, farm is in your biz name, called Waco TXFB HQ and they said our agent lacked info. and could have insured Class 4+ trucks); One never returned our calls or emails; One seems to make stuff up; And the others have not been of the caliber of my other 250+ vendors. IMO, Greenville agents have been the worst, which is a discredit to their admins/assistants who do a good job. For outrageous rate hikes (with no claims) and horrible customer service, I should have fired them years ago! Just saved $2000+/yr switching to State Farm and their rate does not include bundling my home like TXFB!

Courtney Salinas is by far the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She is professional, honest, kind, and found the best option for my property and vehicles. Everything I need to be covered, is covered, and for a more than reasonable price. She even made it possible for me to cover my hay and farm equipment! We were changing car insurance from Geico and happen to call Texas Farm Bureau in Greenville and get connected to Courtney. I have never been so impressed as I was with Courtney's customer service. She listened to our needs and concerns and came up with several options for our family. Courtney has a lot of patience especially dealing with all my questions. She and I went back and fourth on ways to save money and Courtney was always will to go above 150% to accommodate me. At the end of the day Courtney had our auto and home insurance business and I wasn't changing my homeowners policy when we started talking. That's how good she is.
