Excellus BCBS Resource Center (Liverpool)

I went to this office and worked with Sabina. We discussed 2 issues and both were resolved most satisfactory because of Sabrina’s experience, knowledge and understanding of the Excellus policies and programs.. I enrolled in an additional dental program that day as well as resolved a Excellus billing issue. It is rare these days to find someone with the skills, experience and knowledge necessary to succeed in their job. This long time employee is how a company earns a customers respect. She epitomizes customer service and I appreciated that.

Went to excellus in Liverpool to assist in sorting medications and charges. John went thru and explained why no tier changes possible and provided payment options to help is affording my meds. Which I did do . Also given information on saving money on plans — which I took home to review and came back a few days later and went to a lower cost programs with just as good coverage., Sabrina was most helpful in doing this for me. Love the idea of a store front location to visit and talk one on one rather than call . And thanks to Rebecca for suggesting I come in to discuss—- you whole team in Liverpool is wonderful!!!

This service location is excellent. Note: Excellus BCBS needs to take a serious look at Heathplex for Dental. I have called at least 50 dentists and they either aren't taking new patients, or don't take the insurance, despite both websites saying they do. So far the dental plan is worthless.

Hospitality was great, I was in the facility maybe 1/2 hour. Questions/concerns were answered and reassurance was given. Thank you!
