Agent was never in office at her posted office hours, felt like I had to hag her to do her work and often referred me to call Kemper myself , when she knew Kemper is horrible with customer service. Tengan cuidado con estas personas son muy careras la verdad mejor invertiguen cobran por hacer estimado me dijo que cobra 35 dollars por estimado al final me quieria cobrar 70 y por hecerlos caricimo gente abusiva descarada la verdad muy mala experiencia no la recomiendo para nada o ya me estaba aplicando descuento que tal su no ?😡😡
