Erie Insurance (New Business)

One star for me means "my last nerve" with Erie. Don't waste your time with your small business here. Communication here absolutely suck. Anything Erie run in the opposite direction. I couldn't even finish a year with these guys, I ran back to the safe hands of state farm because Brown and regal Erie business Insurance isn't and wasn't worth my time. Uuugh, what a waste of money

I have been insured through Dulles Insurance for at least 13 years, carrying auto, home, and life policies. I have always found them quick to pick up the phone or return a call and highly professional and knowledgeable. When I had an accident in 2015 (my fault!) they were very helpful in coordinating between me and the insurer about getting a rental and making sure the fair cost of my car was covered. I have recommended Nick Landavere and Dulles Insurance to several friends and family and they don't disappoint.

One star only because NO STARS aren't a choice. Has no level of communication after policy is signed. Even in dire situations the local agent was unable to either email or call. Customer service should always be paramount, and in between Erie Corporate and independent Erie locally, not one person, NONE could email, call or even send a letter saying "you have no insurance". Never had any intention of being an uninsured driver, yet here I am. Sorry general public for unknowingly breaking the law.

We have had Erie Insurance for many years. They have always responded promptly with any insurance concerns and have had the best rates. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone needing a reliable insurance company.
