Erie Insurance - Lafayette Insurance

We had Erie for car and home insurance. We dropped them with car because they kept raising rates all the time for no reason and we found cheaper insurance. My just dropped them with the home insurance due to a claim we had to make . The problems? 1) it was our first claim and really didn’t know what to do or anything, when we would call talk to Wanda, our claims person, she was so dry, seems like we was just a hassle , seemed she didn’t ever wanna give us answers. I had to google most the answers, and when wife would call, it was same way. 2) they don’t want to pay for anything. We sent in a loss report like Wanda said. We had a flood and we sent damaged sheets, comforters, to a cleaning place like she said. So many came back ruined. That was after the check was made and case was closed th

Working with Joe Jr. at Lafayette Insurance has been a pleasure. He is a very polite gentleman who does a great job getting me the lowest rates possible with Erie Insurance. The provide home and auto insurance. Give them a try... They will probably beat your current rates and make you smile.

I was having a hard time finding welding insurance for my company, and of all the insurance companies that were supposedly trying to help me, Erie was the only one who followed through. 2 other companies said they were "waiting" on quotes to come back, and I still haven't heard from them a month later.
