Erie Insurance (Agent Location)

Not worth your time. They’ll drop you for not paying even when auto pay is on. Then your bill racks up with the state to be able to drive again over 3k this ordeal is costing. Called and whoever answered was nothing but rude to us after paying for years, thousands of dollars. No phone call no email just a letter.

I've had insurance through them for 10yrs. My plate surrender recept was lost by the dmv . Instead of helping me out and calling to get the info . They continued to charge me during a pandemic. Up till now I never missed a payment. After 6 months paying for a car they know I no longer have. They cancel me for 360$ dollars . All the thousands i paid all the yrs. The fact they knew the situation nothing mattered these people are heartless leaches on society .

We were looking for a new insurance company to cover our cottage with lower payments but, I called our existing company 3 times in 1 year to inquire about damages to our home at the time to find out the insurance policy didn't cover our loss . But, since I called I can't get coverage for 3 years

Great Agent Never an issue so happy to habe them as a insurance company
