I have used Equisure since starting my business five years ago. They have always been fair, reasonably priced and always made renewing easy! I would recommend them to anybody in need of Equine insurance.

Fantastic agency! Tristan was so patient and helpful with all of my questions (and I had a LOT of questions). So nice to speak to someone who really knows the equine industry and not just the insurance side of things.

Checked on an insurance policy that my interest was a written party to. They would not answer if the policy was still in effect. They forced me to press hard then admitted the policy was no longer valid. That is completely unprofessional and gave the impression they are hiding something. It’s a simple yes or no. Instead they berated me for being impolite. Really? Is that how they treat clients? I cannot recommend that anyone do business with this company. There are more professional insurers. The positive reviews here are much older.

After asking a simple question of what the breakdown of total coverage/pricing is, as I was previously thinking it would be one price, Tristan was not willing to provide that. And instead got an attitude over a single aspect of the insurance, professional liability, sending me a previous email. If you're not willing to slow down and listen to what a customer is asking for, and communicate that, that does not bode well for future interactions as someone that needs insured.

I have been with them for many years and they are the best. Whenever I need anything they are very pleasant and get things done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you have a pet business and need liability insurance.
