Now comes time for the renewal…..is like they are doing me a favor, no proactiveness, zero customer engagement and also they tried to make me feel like I was wrong for asking and demanding their support…. Saved money by switching to them but the best part has been my agent Artem's responsiveness and ease to work with. Anytime I need a coverage change, have a question, or need to add a new service he's just an email away and so fast to respond I've almost never needed to call. I regret working with this agency all these years! It has always been a problem with them since the beginning and that’s why I’m switching over to a better carrier STATE FARM!
