I was very pleased with ETS for my 2020 tax year. The communication was somewhat poor for tax year 2021 but it worked. For 2022 tax year it was awful. They filed the taxes and emailed that they would make an e-payment if I sent our bank account details, which I did. I called the day before it was due since I'd had no communication. My wife and I drove there and signed. A week later, we discovered that our payment had not been sent and my emails all bounced back as undeliverable. I received a returned call from a different person saying that because we drove there and signed, we should have mailed the payment.

Up until this Year I have been happy. This week my tax preparer failed to include my Social Security in my Federal Income tax, I was advised I would get a refund, but when I discovered the error of my Social Security an amended tax had to be filed so I owe $406 , which is problematic until I have to pay “ refund back “ now I have to pay $1650 I am incredibly ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I went to file our taxes here for the first time, on Saturday and it was horrible from start to finish. As a young black family, my husband and our 2 small children waited over an hour to be seen by our tax preparer, Brian. Prior to that, there was an older white couple who came in after us and were seen before us. Once we finally sat down with Brian and he saw our 2021 tax return he said that the IRS likes when the man is listed first on the tax return and that he would fix it to say that. Then, after an hour goes by, he clearly was having trouble calculating my office aquare footage and instead of saying that, we sat longer and asked me questions about other possible tax exemptions that he had already asked about when we first
