Highest rates ever!. I do not reccomend them. Rates go up every 6 months. They charged me even after I canceled. I'm still waiting on my refund. Ended up with better coverage for a much lower rate by switching to state farm. Saved more than 200 by switching.

No longer a customer, but only because my budget needed a more competitively priced policy, but I will say all the staff there was wonderful for as long as we were Allstate customers. They were always polite and pleasant to deal with. If I ever had questions, they were extremely prompt in providing me with whatever information we needed. I do look forward to maybe someday returning as a customer. Will gladly drive the 35 mile round trip if I need to just to get the amazing customer service the staff there always provided us with... especially Alba & Dominga (true class in customer service EVERY TIME!).

Been a customer for over 3 years and they're so attentive. They've helped me whenever I have questions and make it easy to make a payment over the phone or change anything from your file. Never had a problem and this was my first time having car insurance on my own.

Prompt and courteous customer service. Most of our contact has been over the phone from adding vehicles to adding drivers and changes to our policy but it’s been an easy and quick process.

Worst customer service (I cannot rate zero). They make it very evident they are only there to make money and/or they do not know their job descriptions. I called because my rate doubled one month. I needed their help to help bring my rate down, if possible. They were very belligerent and defensive with me because I'm asking a question regarding how I can get my rate down. Looking for a new agent
