I have been with Allstate over 10 years. Mr. Sanchez went over my coverage when I had to make changes to my homeowner policy and improved my coverage without a dramatic increase in cost. Most recently, this week, Laura called me to go over my auto policy that had just renewed to ensure I was happy with my coverage. Laura reviewed my policy and the coverages I want but then I asked her about cost savings for low mileage as I only drive 1,500-2,000 miles a YEAR. She looked at my policy and saw the underwriting was for 10,000 miles a year. My car is 14 years old and has 24,156 miles TOTAL.
