The lady is rude wouldn’t answer questions and kept hanging up on me.

One of my family members who I did not give access to my account and information asked this location about it. The lady working there gave this family member my personal information and they were able to know my rates, address, and other things. If someone can just come up and ask to lookup someone's personal information, that is extremely unprofessional and data breach.
