I recently had an accident and had to file a claim, the claims department didn’t respond in a timely manner, several weeks at one point. I reached out to Sarai, she contacted the claims department and had a conversation with them, and my claim was completed, and I was paid out by the end of the week. Sarai is phenomenal, I highly recommend this agency due to the fact they are very competent and willing to help with any issue that you might have.
