Ed Ross thinks it is appropriate to tell a domestic violence survivor suffering from PTSD, who is also a 30+ year client to contact the source of the abuse to fix a mistake his office made instead of taking responsibility himself. Lisening to him man-splaining why he would not take responsibility for his actions was unbelievable. He was so entitled, pompous, and arrogant. This man and the whole of State Farm does not care about their clients. For those who are interested here is the situation. State Farm sent a un-cashed check to PA unclaimed property regardless that I am a current client. There was no phone call or attempt to contact me.
