I've been with State Farm for over 25yrs; Life ins, car ins and home insurance. I needed a refresher on all my coverage and called Cassandra. She didn't make me wait for an appt! She walked me through all my policies right then and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She had some recommendations and suggestions for me to consider. Cassandra was very helpful. She did give me everything I needed and answered all my questions. After I spoke with her my policy did come in the mail but I'd already paid it over the phone which I would have done anyway. So everything's wonderful. She was very cordial and very helpful
