I felt that my insurance agent (Jay) from State Farm, not Jake, lol, was truly concerned about the coverage I needed. He explained the ins and outs of why I should or shouldn't have specific coverage. I think people many times, especially myself, think why do I need this? I don't mind paying for what I need if it is necessary. He also accommodated my weird third shift work week, calling when it was convenient for me.
