I dropped my old insurance because I had to tell my rep two to four times to get changed made and some still didn't get done. I started shopping. The first place I went was dark inside at 11 am. The next, Coyne, was very pleasant and the girls very professional. The last two places took way too long to help me. I went with Coyne insurance. Don't waste time and just go to Coyne insurance first because they were the only one who didn't waste mine!

Easy to work with and very personable! We have had our business liability and auto coverage with Coyne Insurance for more than 5 years. We have since added some other policies with Coyne. Stephen and the staff have been super to work with. They have been very thorough with our coverages; helping us find the right protection for our budget. Stephen is quick to respond to our questions and needs, which come up more often than you would think. Insurance is one of my least favorite things to deal with but Stephen, Emma and Amanda make it not so bad.

Very nice and pleasant staff, very professional, truly clean and organized building, looks great inside and out everyday. Rates for car insurance, since last November last year, suddenly became doubled in cost - for no apparent reason. Thank goodness for competition, I was able to find insurance with a major company, for one half the cost. I hated to leave Coyne after 45 plus years with coverage with them for car insurance, but money is tighter these days, and every penny matters.
