I just got my own insurance with my husband, but him and his family have been using this company. I've only ever known USAA, but this has been the best service I've ever had. We had Mandi as our representative and she has been nothing but kind to us. We were in a rush to get insurance on two cars in one week and she helped us on her day off! Above and beyond service. I've never had anyone go out of their way to to help like this and it makes me want to stay with this insurance company over moving to USAA. I would really like to thank Mandi. She was helpful, kind, and easygoing. With the stress of getting two vehicles in one week, my husband and I knew that we didn't have to stress because of her. She is the best of the best and deserves every good thing that comes her way!!
