He helped to breakdown my old policy and show me what i was missing and find me affordable coverage and fill any holes we had in the other polices. we have not recd our refund check for cancelled policy since last 3 months of cancellation yet. also, they do not provide even quotes for 4 months after keep reminding before months of renewal till policy expired. pl send our refund check asap that u have from penn america group , inc.
