Been with State Farm for years for home and vehicle coverage. Doug and the staff are great. Glad the main office is near downtown Loveland. Tracey is usually the main contact for me. She is always helpful and supportive and communicates well with coverage details and quotes.

I'm so very tired of how this branch has treated me. Doug has always been nice, but I get hung up on and things aren't explained. I've tried to have a good experience with these guys but is hasnt worked out. They are sneaky and untrustworthy. Doug is a good guy but I don't know what keeps happing. I try and try but it's always becomes a problem.

I purchased a non-owner auto policy approximately a month ago, and got a notice within 10 days of purchasing of cancellation. When I get a refund check, they kept almost 50% of a 6 month policy. Like hell you will. The full premium was reversed with the bank. Nasty ripoff experience after years of great service from an agent that closed. Not all agents are the same, apparently...
