Doug Mikula - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a client of Doug Mikula State Farm agency for over 16 years now. I can truly say I have never ever been disappointed with State Farm, Doug Mikula and/or his assistant, Rebecca. I always get top notch service whether it is with my auto or homeowners policies. This is an amazing team! They are professional, efficient and genuinely good people. I feel completely confident in referring my friends and family to this State Farm office. I believe you will be just as pleased.

I experienced a Hit and Run and my agent Doug Mikula & his team were SUPERB. I didn’t have to worry about going without a car to get to and from work. Doug Mikula and His Team have helped me with insurance needs for the past 18 years. They are very intelligent, helpful and know the insurance business in detail. Customer Service is their strong point. I would highly recommend giving them your Automobile, Property and other Insurance Business!

I emailed Rebecca Satterfield for a quote. Treated me like trash. Never ever got back to me even when I emailed a request for a quote.. Sorry Doug, this employee only repels business, does nothing to earn any business, even when customer asks. I am so glad I did not go with this agency!!!! Statefarm is a good company. But stay away from this agency.

Personally, I like Doug Mikula and his staff (Elain too is very helpful). However, I am very disappointed with State Farm in general. In my experience, they've only taken my money and have not given me anything in return. If you want to pay premiums and nothing else, this is your firm.
