Doug Mercer - State Farm Insurance Agent

I can’t speak on Doug because he’s never available to talk to so I get stuck talking to his assistant Erin who is rude and acts like your a nuisance for wanting to know why all of a sudden your bill is $600! Their rates are ridiculous. $495 a month for 1 car, I’m the only driver, no speeding tickets and 1 at fault accident probably 4 yrs ago. That’s ridiculous. I know someone with 3 DUI’s that pays less than me!!!! Don’t go with State Farm and definitely don’t go with this office unless you like being talked to like you’re an idiot for wondering why you’re getting screwed so bad!

Doug and his team have always been helpful and easy to work with whenever we have had an issue or if we have any questions. They were extremely helpful when I locked my keys in our older pickup truck a few years ago! My husband and I have been with Doug and State Farm for many years now and don’t plan on switching!
