I do not recommend this insurance agency. Their rates are significantly higher than comparable providers. Additionally, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing, as responses are often delayed and availability is limited. I also felt that their practices were not always in the best interest of the customer. Overall, my experience has been unsatisfactory, and I would not choose to do business with them again

I absolutely hate using this company as they have terrible service. Called over and over again today for just over an hour. No answer. Finally I gamed their ai phone assistant (best way to get them to answer their phone) and spoke with someone. I have been with them for years and it has ALWAYS been TERRIBLE. From them adding people to my policy Willy Nilly to threatening to charge me money if I didn’t sign paperwork I had already signed. Wondered why I couldn’t pay them over the phone, seems the other insurance companies don’t trust them to take payment anymore. If anyone has a recommendation for a better service please let me know. TO BE CLEAR I HATE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. Please do better. Hopefully this is my last year dealing with these clowns. Also notice all the 5 star reviews a

This company is a joke, they have farmed all their calls to a third party and no one gets back to you. I would not recommend these clowns for anything. Now they claim I am with a service center, that’s a total lie. These clowns farmed out their clients to foreign call centers. I would recommend them to insure a red flyer wagon. Obviously that’s why they sold the building to Peabody which is a real insurance company that takes care of their clients. You have been warned about these jokers.

Absolutely fabulous customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Donna H. She assisted me in transferring both my home and auto insurance policies to Brown & Brown. She was knowledgeable and patient while walking me through the entire process. The ability to see my policies and print my proof of insurance online is another great option provided by Brown & Brown. I highly recommend them.

Not very customer oriented. My mom had a bad chimney. Said why caused damaged to ceiling in house. Then turned claim away. My mom hired a chimney guy later last fall to fix it. She borrowed 1800$ from a credit union. Now they are cancelling her home insurance due to chimney. My mom is 79 yrs old. Very very ill. She just fell n got out of a nursing home rehab. Now this. Making us go through hoops for proof. Never go through here for insurance please. Over 20 yrs and mo dedication to their customers especially, if a claims made. Since then I got a call back after this review and they were able to fix this and maje sure my mother kept her house insurance. Thanks so much!
