I had a business workers comp policy with this group. We closed in July 2025. I kept getting bills for 300 some off dollars. I called multiple times. Most of the time I left a message with reception to then never receive a call back. When I finally talked to the agent, Jack, he said I was billed because I never filled out quarterly audit but that he could reopen it and I could complete it, which I did. I called several more times and left several more messages as I kept receiving bills. Finally at the end of January 2026, I finally got ahold of Jack again and he informed me that even though I only had the policy for 2 months I had to pay for the entire year. Amazing team at this office! Ashley and David were incredible, and offered some of the best customer service and expertise I've ever experienced. They were super knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They moved mountains to help my wife and I get our homeowners insurance and auto insurance properly set up in a timely manner, and with the appropriate amounts of coverage. David is my agent and he is excellent to work with. This week he assisted me with transferring my auto insurance to my new vehicle. He communicates effectively, demonstrates expert product knowledge, and demonstrates genuine interest I that I had the correct coverages at the appropriate levels. We did this work in a phone call and used email so that I had immediate access to proof of insurance. And I was able to sign documents electronically which was a huge time saver. I am a delighted customer.
