I’ve had a frustrating experience with this health insurance. The biggest issue is how difficult they make everything that should be simple. Getting basic care approved takes way too long Customer service has been Rude. Every time I call, I get a different answer,They act like they don’t care at all whether you stay with them or leave.I had money stolen from my benefits card, and when I contacted customer service for help, they were basically useless. No urgency, no real guidance, and no effort to fix the problem.definitely leaving as soon as possible and spread the word this insurance is trash

Very disappointed with their website. I was trying to login so I checked that I forgot the password. I tryed on both my laptop and cell and the site kept on sending a message that an email was sent too me, never got it! This is very annoying!!! I had other insurances and they never had this problem. Well, it is open enrollment time so maybe it is time for me to look what other companies are offering!
