Good luck getting a call back from this broker. AVOID this broker. I have not had coverage under my small business plan for nearly 3 weeks and Aleeya does not pick up the phone when you call. Nor does she follow up on email tasks.

I have been using Distinctive Insurance for nearly a decade as the broker for my worker’s comp policy. Over the past 5 years, my agent has been Itilya Lang. She has always answered any questions I have had promptly, provided renewal quotes atleast 30 days before policy end to ensure smooth continuation of coverage. When I did have a claim, the policy covered what it needed to. Upon needing to cancel my coverage, Itilya was easy to work with. Thanks for your help.

I read through the reviews, and I was almost laughing at the one negative google review and their experience. I've never heard of people getting so upset about four dollars in my life. My experience has been the complete opposite. I have had nothing but extremely good service. I've had insurance with them now for over 3 years. I've moved. I've changed health plans. I've changed other insurance needs with my business and every time it's been a quick phone call and the changes are either made right away, or there is a follow up email or phone call within the day. I've never waited over 4 hours now that I think about it. I recently had some problems with an insurance company billing me (by mistake) several times in 1 month.
