Being forced to give a star is bs.. how can a company take money out of your bank account for a policy then tells you cus of their error that you need to cancel your policy and purchase a new one and not even a week after they take their payment you cancel they tell you there is still a balance when infact they owe me a refund for 3 weeks of unused insurance they are a scam and I'm notifying the attorney generals and whoever else cus they owe for unused days from 11/7-11/24 that is 2 weeks they owe me and is refusing to pay so I'm notifying my bank for services never received with proof they owe the money
