Great customer service our agent syliva is amazing. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I ask for her personally every time, she knows my account and team inside and out and is always on top of it, never a problem.

Sylvia was great. She was patient kind thoughtful. She made the stressful process of trying to find car insurance super easy. I was reluctant at first with how long I know the process can be, but she really made it easy transaction from beginning to end. I really appreciate her as an insurance policy representative and she honestly should be training other people and Customer Service. She never wasted my time, she could clearly hear my children in the background and she got me through the process as quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible I appreciate her so much thank you!

I had such a great experience at the Auto Direct location on New Bern thanks to Sylvia! She was absolutely awesome , friendly and most helpful throughout the whole process. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained clearly. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy. All I know is TAMEKA is absolutely amazing. I went in the other day due to all the issues I had with the 800 number and representatives not taking the time to assist me nor try to research my problem. So I read these reviews first and was hopeful I would get her. I sat down at her desk without knowing it was her at first. She was extremely patience and extremely kind. She did all she could do. She gave me her card to reach back out if things were changed on my online account and so I did. She once again did all she could. That woman has so much patience. Customer service is not for the weak I know. I don’t know what she makes but she needs a raise! Give her the store manager position. Better yet her own store I pray nothing but blessings on her.
