Despite all efforts, unfortunately the quote was still a little too high. Overall a great customer service experience and may try again soon.

I just called this company spoke to. Africa American female that was so unprofessional. She wanted to receive my son father info which wasn’t required for a quote because his father isn’t driving the vehicle. She stated she was a licensed agent laughing. The agent needs to be coached and needs to be retrained to handle situations around quote. Just give me a quote for my son not his father. Period. I would love management to give me a call. I called on 05/25/24 around 1128 central time.
