Direct Auto Insurance

I’ve worked with Ms. Margaret Scott for the past 3 months to get my out of state insurance issues resolved. She is very kind, patient, understanding and well spoken. Ms. Margaret takes great pride in her job and serves the Rocky Mount community with great respect and wonderful customer service. One of the best agents I’ve worked with in my 15 years of driving and dealing with car insurance.

Pashion did such a great job getting me an auto policy at a better rate than my previous policy with GEICO. Because of her, I'm saving so much more money each month. She was also very pleasant to speak with on the phone and im grateful she was my agent.

This insurance company is charging me 640$ all because I recently moved to my parents house and my brother just started driving and he is in high school my mother has him on her insurance and she pays for his car insurance he has his own car and so does my mother and I as well have my own car and pay for my own insurance through direct auto my mom is with USAA they told direct auto that my brother has his own car and my mom has him on her insurance they gone tell me he has to get his own insurance in order to drop the 640 from my insurance my brother is only 17 years old and still in high school what kind of shit is that so if somebody else moves in to the house they to get added on to my insurance my mother showed them proof and they was like nope he has to pay for his own and have
