I feel completely taken advantage of from this company. After paying to renew my policy $500+ they cancelled my policy because I did TWO days of uber eats in an emergency. Then that forced me to start a whole new policy with them and I had to pay an additional $595 to start that policy after already paying $500+ to renew the old one that same month. All together I paid them 1100 the month of August. I tried to get the previous payment back and they refused to refund the $500 for the policy they cancelled claiming I owed a previous balance which just wasn’t true I didn’t have a balance from the previous term because that term ended and the $500 payment per the representative I paid with went towards renewing the policy.
