Beware of Poor Customer Service!! I initially had a great experience with Dimetrius at Allstate in 2024—helpful and professional. However, when my renewal premium increased by $211, I called to discuss options. Dimetrius was extremely rude, overtalked me, and raised his voice, making it impossible to communicate. This behavior is unacceptable for any business. I canceled my policy immediately and switched providers. Customers deserve respect and transparency.

It’s unusual to have such such a knowledgeable and friendly agent. I was so Impressed with Bryce!!! He was very interested in making sure I had the coverage I need! Very personable & interested in my well being! I will be with Allstate for a long time! My thanks to Bryce for making it so easy 😁
