Costumer service is Honorable. They will call you if they need something from you but if your automatic payment fails to process they do not call you they just let you policy expire. No phone Calls or email, they simply send send out a letter from the corporate office. Then when you ask for prof they give you info saying they sent it you your proper address that has no delivery conformation on it. This is just bad business. Oh Dick but please keep sending me all the junk emails. Thanks a lot Dick.
My State Farm Agent messed up my account and I had gotten a lapse letter from State Farm Corporate. I was very upset because I have been with State Farm since 1993 and Dick Lee got the account straighten out for me. I would recommend this agent for your insurance needs.
Transferred to Dick after my other State Farm agent died. Never had any problems and any questions were answered promptly.
My wife has done busines there forever, she never said a bad thing about the owner or the staff!
