people who don't want to do anything, they opened insurance for us without our consent, they can't close it

Deborah is awesome! Not only did she save me over $2200.00 a year on all my insurance but she stays proactive in my account to make sure that everything is always right! Worst insurance company I’ve ever had. Overcharges for unneeded coverage with no attempt to help their clients. Go to a different insurance company not this one. The late fees are almost double the actual coverage even though you set for automated payments they won’t take them out then want to charge you almost double your rate. Not to mention they will charge you the same coverage for a 2020 as they will a 2010. Had a ticket that raised my insurance for 3 years with them and even after the ticket had been off my record I was still being charged the same rate. Very money hungry company with no care for low income individuals and will penny pinch you at any chance they have. Allstate is good. Not this agency.
