Not responsive at all for weeks. Left several messages with no return call. I tried every extension option on the phone and nobody was there. Maybe they are out of business?

Terrible that insurance reps don’t respond to their clients , leave them Hanging , sign them Up for insurance when it’s supposed to be cancelled. Don’t answer the phone ! Not a good way to run business
