This company is extremely overpriced, tough to deal with, and predatory. They do NOT care about you as customer or how they run their business!! Update: after trying to negotiate with this company about paying for a policy that is 5x higher than any other insurance quote we received, likely because their underwriter did a poor job evaluating our property. They refused to work with us and instead, sold the debt to Transworld Systems Inc., a creditor that is now trying to collect the debt. Don't do business with this company!

Use the Lemonade App for insurance, it’s more affordable (starts at $5) and they actually cover your claims rightfully. I had race car wheels stolen from my garage (off road use only). They wouldn’t cover it because it was automobile use, even though it wasn’t under their own definitions. They pretended they would take the case seriously if I provided photos of the car, although I was only renting it. They ran me in circles for police reports and copies of police reports and other documents and within minutes they sent me a letter denying my claim. I didn’t want to run in circles anymore to try to get my case reopened because of the poor service I had been provided already.

They are playing favorites with their CA agents. They are non-renewing all admitted business if you are an agent outside CA. But if you are a CA agent, you get to keep your out of state admitted business. It's completely backwards and I hope this backfires on them.

Just needed to change a card number and have been put on hold more than 5x, one time I waited over an hour!!! Which is even more inconvenient since you can only call during regular business hours!

Cancelling and new account was easy. No other experience.
