David Hall - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recommend going to Charles Oxendine on Yakdin over David Hall, 100%. Or any other State Farm agent over Dave Hall, for that matter. The issues I’ve had with Dave were mountainous and persistent from the start, and he remained uninterested, unprofessional, and frankly incompetent over the months I tried to work with him. Finelly, I went to his office to inquire why I was paying for coverage for over a month after my policy unexpectedly dropped, and they kicked me out of the office when I wouldn’t sign a new policy instead of helping me solve the issue. I’ve been a State Farm customer for a decade with agents in North Dakota, and I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism anywhere, let alone State Farm. Just had a customer call David Hall State Farm insurance to get a liability only policy in his name. He was informed he could not get a policy in his name alone he would need to be added to his wife’s policy or have her on his. When my customer asked why he could not have his own policy he stated nc law. Never heard this before. David Hall hung up on the customer after he was questioned about this so called law. I am a State Farm customer so I called my agent. This is not the way they do business. You can have separate policies in a household. So be aware of David Hall. He is rude and we will never send another customer to him!

I came into cancel my insurance because i found out I'd save $30 a month by switching. Mr. Hall kept making rude comments and huffing and puffing about how "30 dollars isn't squat" & "good luck with that" when I said I was switching to Geiko. $30 extra a month per year is $360. That is not "squat". To be in customer service you should understand where the customer is coming from. Totally rude. Would not go back

You people are the worst insurance company. You have gladly taken my policy premiums for 24 years, but when we need assistance we are greeted with rudeness and arrogance when calling in a claim. Same thing happened with hurricane Mathew. Pay extra for better service. PLEASE GET YOUR INSURANCE ELSEWHERE!
