We were previously with another State Farm office but the customer service was slow and not very good. Daryl took the time to meet with us, learn about our business, and make sure that we were covered in all the areas we needed to be. Kit is great with sending various COIs in record time... super appreciated.

He listens and gets you what you actually need, instead of trying to up-sell or push junk on you that you didn't want in the first place. I have been with the Alexander agency (Daryl and his dad Jim) for 35 years. In that time, Jim or Daryl have stepped up to help me and my family with everything from simple claims to complicated negotiations with State Farm proper. There were 4 specific, non-trivial instances where this agency went above and beyond on my behalf, even taking on the home company. Even when State Farm refused to insure my new house on my farm (apparently State Farm doesn't do farms with horses), and I lost my house+auto combo discounts, I have elected to leave my car policies with them anyway. Daryl and his staff have been that good to me and mine.
