Liz is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly! I was originally suppose to call another SF office in Fayetteville, but when I googled they were the first contact listed- so glad I called them first. The office also has a *text option for communication and that was super helpful (especially because I was working) ; Bundled auto/renters- I was also able to increase ALL coverage limits on my auto while still keeping my rate great! My only disappointment was not switching carriers sooner!

I really enjoy working with this office! Liz is incredible at her job! Always gives the highest level of customer service and professionalism. She puts a helpful and kind face to a massive company like State Farm.

I was curious about what switching from one insurance carrier to another would look like, especially as far as my monthly payment would be. I stopped by and talked to Liz several months ago and after running the numbers, she was upfront and honest and told me that if I made the switch my coverage and payment would be the same. I decided to hold off and I reached back out months later to take a look again. Liz walked me through everything, made some policy recommendations, and ended up saving me a good bit this go around! She was never pushy, just honest! I’m glad I made the switch to State Farm!
